Join the Historical Society of Pennsylvania's Young Friends to learn about one of the nation’s most important historical repositories. Founded in 1824, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP) cares for a collection of more than 21 million documents that spans over 350 years of American history.
From the first handwritten draft of the U.S. Constitution and the most important first-hand account of the Underground Railroad, to some of the most vivid imagery of the Philadelphia region, the collection’s breadth and depth will be on display for one night only. HSP has something for everybody — whether you are interested in researching the nation’s founding or in tracing your family story.
Learn about the Young Friends of HSP, a group of history-interested young adults, while enjoying a glass of wine and viewing some of history’s richest treasures!
