The unbeatable combination of efficiency and speed is achieved by three torchers for simultaneous oxyfuel cutting. The ABCM-1250 CNC beam-coping machine is capable of miter cutting as well as beveled welding preparation on both the top and bottom. It also features automatic torch ignition.

The triple torch design of the ABCM-1250 CNC beam coping machine allows for the cutting of two flanges simultaneously. While flange thins are performed on both top and bottom flanges at the same time, weld prep is generated concurrently, keeping operating costs at a minimum. Without tedious torch probing processes, the ABCM-1250 oxy-fuel coper allows for more near flange cutting.

The Voortman CNC Beam Coper is very simple to operate and most of our operators were the men doing layout on the floor. No prior computer knowledge is necessary, and full training is provided at the time of the installation.
