After many years of watching dolphins at work, our guides have a great understanding of their behavior and can safely show guests how to enter the water to observe them in their natural habitat. You will be accompanied by your captain to snorkel alongside starfish, pufferfishes, welch cones, sanddollars and other sea creatures.
St. Andrew Bay hosts one of the world's largest resident populations (the iconic gray dolphins) of bottlenose dolphins. This is the area most people are most familiar with from movies, television and marine parks. Although the dolphins in St. Andrew Bay are wild, they are familiar with human presence and boaters are often found among the group of dolphins.
Rent a pontoon boat for the day and be your own captain! We have pontoon boats for rent for visitors who wish to be their captain. Our Seafari Map will be sent to you with the directions to our favorite snorkeling spots, sandbars and common dolphin areas.
Contact us for more details about our tour. Remember that each round is a little different because we don’t control the main nature.
Would you like to reserve a private tour? Customers have the option to add an additional hour to their private dolphin cruise (starting at two or three hours) and add other activities (ex. additional snorkeling area, more island time etc.). Boats can carry 6 passengers. Your captain will help you get in the water and show you the dolphins' natural habitat. You can then take a guided snorkeling trip around Shell Island to see the rest of the marine life.
Snorkelers can go and come as they like in the snorkeling area. You can feel secure knowing your family is safe and having the time of their life.
