Anver Vacuum Lifters

Lifting Systems

ANVER is a major manufacturer of vacuum tube lifters in the United States. They offer a wide range of Vacuum Tube Lifters. We make high-quality products that are durable and can last many years.

Standard BMC-Series Battery Powered Vacuum Lifters were designed to dramatically reduce the effort needed to upend heavy loads.

The BMC-Series Battery Powered Vacuum Lifters can be used to lift heavy loads with a reduced effort. They also have powerful suction power, 90-degree manual tilt, and 360-degree manual rotation capabilities.

What Are The 4 Main Types Of Sensors

ANVER’S Standard Modular Vacuum Lifting Frames offer efficient material handling solutions by promoting functionality, safety, and ergonomic operations for a wide variety of applications and materials.

GSS Machinery offers a wide variety of side gripping vacuumlifters or rotators to allow one-person loading of loads. In addition to our standard range of below-the–hook vacuum lifting devices that include self-powered electric and mechanical vacuum lifters with capacities of up to 60,000lb (26.600kg) or more,

Technical Description: A vacuum generator is a piston that moves freely within a closed cylindrical. The piston and cylinder are sealed by a rubber rolling diaphragm. This seal is extremely efficient and does not suffer from metal-to–metal contact.

Calculate the required length of crossarms. Subtract 2L from maximum load width and multiply by 6 inches. This is the standard length. If it's not, choose the longest standard cross-arm length.

Pallets

Technical Description: The vacuum engine consists of a freely-moving piston inside a closed circle. A rubber rolling diaphragm seals the piston and the cylinder. The seal's integrity does not depend on metal to metal contact, or tight fit. It does not lose its effectiveness with use.

GSS Machinery offers a complete range of vacuum lifters and vacuum lifting equipment. Including horizontal lifters, powered tilters and battery-powered lifters.

Determine the number of pad rows determine the minimum number of lifting pads required for the maximum load width by dividing the maximum load width by the 2L number from the table and rounding up to the next highest number. For example, a load width of 72 inches with a recommended spacing between pads of 60 inches 1.2: rounded up to 2) requires a minimum of two pads along the width of the load.

Modular design is an ANVER Vacuum Lifter's hallmark. Standard components are chosen to match the application. Because of our extensive inventory, a lifter can be built quickly to fit almost any application. ANVER creates lifters that are equal in load weight.

Range

ANVER Vacuum Lifters meet and comply with the US ANSI ASME Standard B30.20 below-the-hook lifting device. OSHA and most European regulations are also met. AMC Series lifters are available with optional pad extensions. You can mount the vacuum pads inline to carry long and narrow loads. The extensions can also be removed for shorter loads. Operators will find this equipment easy to use for a wide range loads and applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are two types: continuous lift and vacuum lifters.

There are two main types of vacuum pumps: gas transfer pumps and entrapment/capture pumps (Figure 1).

Vacuum cleaners not only clean dust and get rid of allergens but they also save you time and money. These vacuum cleaners are equipped with filters and suction motors to draw in dirt and dust. You can categorize them as hand-held, canister or vertical vacuum cleaners.

For lifts, DC compound motors are preferable. For single-phase installations, Shunt type commutator motors are preferred. Modern lift designs feature 3-phase slip-ring induction motors with variable frequency drive electronics controls. Others may use similar systems with permanent magnet (brushless) DC Motors.
