ANVER offers both air-powered and electric vacuum lifters.
The BMC-Series Battery Powered Vacuum Lifters (standard) are made to reduce the effort involved in lifting heavy loads.
Electric and Compressed Air Powered Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Generators and Vacuum Stations, Vacuum Valves and Switches, Vacuum Filters and Exhaust Mufflers, Air Movers and Transfer Tubes, and a wide range of Vacuum System Accessories, all available at competitive prices.
The vacuum attach-and-release cycle is controlled by an automatic self-cycling valve located in the bottom of the piston. When the unit is lowered onto the load and the suspension chain slackens the full weight of the lifter is on the load, and a cam automatically closes the piston valve. The hoisting action then pulls up the piston, creating a powerful vacuum inside the cylinder and underneath the vacuum pads. When the load is completely set down, and the suspension chain is again slackened, the cam opens the piston valve, releasing the vacuum. The lifter then can be raised, ready for the next pickup. Attach and release are instantaneous. Since the valve sealing disc can only cycle when the chain is completely slack, it cannot shift positions while in use and will not accidentally release the load.
While multiple rows are not necessary when following the guidelines above, they should still be considered if load tipping may be a concern. To avoid interference with the upending yoke, it is important to specify an even number cross-arm members when choosing the cross-arm members for a vacuum lifter that can be used for tilting (up-ending).
Make sure you have selected a Vacuum Lifter with adequate capacity to lift your heaviest load, and enough vacuum cups to support your longest, widest and thinnest load. Click here to see how we calculate this.

The standard EMC-Series Electric Powered Vacuum Loaders are made to reduce effort in lifting heavy loads. They also have powerful suction power, 90-degree manual tilt, and 360-degree manual rotation capabilities.
Once the vacuum level has been reached, a green indicator will light up to signal that it's safe to lift. You can now lower the unit to allow the load to fall. Now that vacuum has been released, you can raise the unit using the hoist controls. You are ready for the next lift.
The minimum material thickness determines the permissible load overhang. Click here for acceptable Steel Plate Overhang or Aluminum Plate Overhang or Glass Plate Overhang. The material that is the thinnest should be lifted has the most deflection. This should be taken into consideration when determining the allowed overhang.
An electrical switch is attached to the lifting bail that controls the vacuum attach/release cycle. After the unit is dropped onto the load and its suspension chain has slowed, the switch starts the attachment process. Once the proper vacuum level was achieved, a green indicator will light up to indicate that it is safe for you to lift. Once you are ready to lower the load, turn the switch to release the vacuum. Once vacuum has been released from the unit, you can raise it with the hoist controls.
Made in America! The #1 selling vacuum tube lifting line in North America! Unbeatable quality, engineering, service and value.
Calculate the maximum allowable load overhang. (L). The spacing between pads (2L). These are determined based on the material's minimum thickness. Click here for acceptable Steel Plate Overhang or Aluminum Plate Overhang or Glass Plate Overhang. The material with the smallest deflection should be used to determine the permissible overhang.
BMC-Series lifters come equipped with removeable pad extensions. The vacuum pads can be mounted inline for handling long and narrow loads or without the extensions for handling short and narrow loads. Constructed with an ergonomic lifter handlebar and a welded steel lifting frame, operators can use this equipment with ease and comfort for a wide range of loads and applications.
The standard AMC-Series Compressed Air Powered Vacuum Lifters are designed to significantly reduce the effort of upending heavy loads while providing powerful suction force and 90-degree manual tilt and 360-degree manual rotation capability.
One option is to provide the ability to select the floor that the user would like to travel (currently within the lift). Intelligent architecture allows the lift to move up and down depending on its current position. The point No. is used to determine the stoppage route.
The main purpose of a vacuum pump is to alter the pressure within a space to create a partial or complete vacuum, either chemically or mechanically. As gas molecules move from high to low, pressure will try to equalize across all connected areas.
All residential vacuums work on 120 volts. The vacuuming power is not necessarily measured in watts.
These elevators offer little privacy. Vacuum elevators can be seen from the outside, unlike traditional elevators which are hidden behind walls. Vacuum elevators may not be suitable for discreet transporting guests of VIP hotels, or individuals who need to enter or leave a building.
