ANVER is a top manufacturer of vacuum tube lifting systems in the United States. We offer a variety of Vacuum Tube Lifters, and replacement Vacuum Tube Lifter Pieces. We create a product of high quality that can be used for years.

Determine the maximum weight and dimensions of the material being lifted. Determine the minimum and maximal dimensions of the load and the maximum weight. These dimensions and the load's maximum thickness are important.

Notice: To be able to lift the loads from the sides, the hardware, side panels, and assembly must have enough strength. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their product can safely be lifted.

Our standard vacuum lifters can be built from stock and shipped quickly. The ANVER Standard VACUUM Lifters can be ordered in hundreds of combinations, depending on the vacuum generator and vacuum cups. Talk to an experienced application engineer about your requirements and we will size the lifter that is right for you.

How Do You Know If A Check Valve Fails
How Do You Know If A Check Valve Fails

The EMC-Series Electric Powered Vacuum Pump Lifters are standard and can significantly reduce the effort involved in lifting heavy loads.

The bottom of the piston houses an automatic selfcycling valve that controls the vacuum attach and release cycle. Once the unit is placed on the load, the suspension link is released to allow the lifting mechanism to lift the entire weight of the lifter. The cam then closes and seals the piston valve. The piston pulls upward, creating a vacuum in the cylinder. The cam opens the piston valve and releases the vacuum when the load is set completely. The lifter can now be raised for the next pickup. It is instantaneous to attach and release. The valve sealing disc is unable to cycle if the chain tension is 100%. This means that it can not shift between positions and will not accidentally release the load.

This lifter/tilter is designed to be safe. It has a VLS (9V battery-powered vacuum leakage sensor) and warning system. There's also an attach/release valve with safety lock. The BMC-Series Lifters/Tilters can hold a maximum vacuum of 24 inches. Hg (609.6mmHg) and a 4:1 safety factor for vacuum holding (unless stated otherwise).

Transformers should not be mounted remotely: Many local regulations are requiring that 3-phase power is not run below the hook. This is often the case for smaller units that are intended to be operated by an operator. For safety reasons, the transformer should be mounted on a wall or remotely. The proper transformers are available for lifters. They ship in a separate box and must be installed by an electrician. It is best to have this work done by an electrician or local crane installer who is familiar with the requirements of your state's codes. Important: According to the ASME B30.20 Regulations, which are found on the American Standard ASME website, this article concerns "(i) Power disconnects. (1) A separate vacuum lifter circuit switch must be installed for hoisting equipment that uses an externally powered vacuum pump. It should have the provision to lock, flagge, or tag in the off position. The vacuum lifter disconnect switch must be connected to the power supply side of the disconnect switch for hoisting equipment. Externally powered vacuum lifters that are 120 VAC single-phase power sources do not require disconnects. This calculator can be used to calculate voltage drop based on wire size, material and voltage. It also allows you to estimate distance, amp draw, and phase. Electric Self-Cycling Operation (ESC available on vacuum generators equipped with Safety Lock-Out Bail, VPE1–GEN2, BAE1–GEN2, VPE3–GEN2, BAE3–GEN2, GF5T and GF10T respectively)

Frequently Asked Questions

A vacuum is a place that lacks matter. This word comes from the Latin adjective vacuus, which means "vacant" or "void". A region that has a gaseous pressure less than atmospheric pressure is an approximation of such vacuum.

These elevators offer little privacy. Vacuum elevators can be seen from the outside, unlike traditional elevators which are hidden behind walls. Vacuum elevators may not be suitable for discreetly transporting guests of VIP hotels or individuals who need to enter and exit a building.

it is simply a pressure at a magnitude below the surrounding atmospheric pressure. A vacuum doesn't necessarily mean that there is no pressure. It can refer to any pressure between 0 PSIA & 14.7 PSIA.

Nearly every case of premature dry pump failure can be attributed to one of the following three factors: contamination, overstress or poor installation.
