In fact, food truck culture is growing so fast that there are now over 20,000 different types of food trucks operating nationwide. This growth has led to some interesting trends, including the rise of "foodie" trucks, which cater to specific diets like gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. But what about those who don't follow such strict dietary restrictions? For people who aren't picky eaters, there are still plenty of options. Here are five spots worth checking out. 1. You know what I'm talking about - the one where the legs are longer than the body. Well, imagine that but with a whole lot less meat. And a whole lot more skin. That's the Strasbourg goose. A bird whose name translates into "strange bird." But don't let the strange name fool you. The Strasbourg goose is actually quite tasty. In fact, it's been around since the Middle Ages. Back then, people used to eat it because they thought it cured illnesses. Today, though, the Strasbourg goose isn't just for curing diseases. People still eat it, but now they do so for pleasure. And there's no better place to enjoy a Strasbourg goose than here at the Hôtel de Ville. We serve our delicious version of this traditional dish every day.
