Jacques Restaurant

Quinlan’s Bar & Restaurant opened in May 2016. Located in Ballycotton, Co Cork, it’s run by brothers Michael and Patrick Quinlan. Their father, John Quinlan, founded the family business in 1984 and now runs the original Quinlan’s Bar in Glengarriff. The brothers are known for their attention to detail and high standards, so you know what you’re getting when you eat there. The menu changes seasonally, but the focus is always on quality ingredients. There are plenty of classic dishes like steak and kidney pie, but they also do things differently. For example, they serve fresh seafood straight out the boat. And they don’t skimp on the sides either. You might start with a bowl of mussels and chips, followed by a plate of steamed mussels served with garlic butter sauce. Or maybe you’ll opt for a dish called “the whole thing” – a mix of calamari, prawns, crab legs and lobster meat. Cornstore – for excellent steak Quinlan’s Seafood Bar & Restaurant is one of Ireland’s most popular restaurants. Located in the heart of Cork City Centre, it’s easy to find and offers great value for money. The menu features everything from classic seafood dishes like fish and chips, steaks and burgers, to traditional Irish dishes such as shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash and chicken livers and onions. There are plenty of places to sit indoors and out, making it perfect for larger parties.
