But Gautham iyer proves them wrong. He says that most Indians don't know how to cook Indian food because we've never been exposed to it. So he wanted to change that. Gautham Iyer grew up in Chennai, India. When he moved to America, he learned about American cuisine. Then he discovered the world of Indian food. Now he runs his own restaurant called Jacques. He uses spices like black pepper, cardamon, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, clove, mustard seeds, bay leaves, and curry leaves. And he makes dosas out of rice flour. Dosas are like pancakes made with white rice flour. Gautham Iyer says that there are three types of dosas. One is filled with vegetables. Another one is stuffed with potatoes. And the third type is filled with lentils. The best part of eating at Jacques is that you can eat whatever you want. You can choose what you want to eat. There are no set menus. There are many things to consider when deciding where to eat out. First, how much money do you have to spend? If you're looking at eating out frequently, then you'll want to make sure that you're not spending too much money. You don't want to go broke while dining out! Second, what kind of food do you prefer? Do you enjoy spicy foods? Are you a vegetarian? A vegan? Or maybe you just love pasta and pizza. These are some questions that you should ask yourself before making a decision. Third, what type of atmosphere would you like to experience? Is it quiet enough to read a book? Would you rather hear music playing softly? Fourth, what time does the restaurant close? Will you be able to get home safely after dinner? Lastly, what's the quality of service like? How friendly are the staff members? Does the waitstaff seem rushed?
